Birth Through 5
Birth Through 5 is published quarterly by the University of Connecticut Cooperative Extension System, in collaboration with the Connecticut Birth to Three System, the Connecticut State Department of Education, and the Newsletter Advisory Board. It is a newsletter for families and professionals dealing with the special needs of infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. The publication is free. Sample articles include toys and technology for all children; assessment for early intervention; partnerships with family members. Each issue has short articles by family members. Some articles are translated into Spanish.
